1.RegTravel (Pty) Ltd is a business in the luggage and bag industry that specializes in the distribution of luggage, handbags, backpacks, business bags, wallets, and purses.

2. Delivery Policy
2.1 We offer Flat Rate shipping to various provinces in South Africa. The total delivery cost will be confirmed at the order confirmation.
2.2 Deliveries are made only to valid addresses within the boundaries of South Africa.
2.3 Deliveries will be made within 5-7 working days of processing the order. Payment received on weekdays and orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
2.4 You or the person authorised to accept delivery on your behalf, must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation (“Delivery Address”). Any person accepting the delivery of the Products may be required
to produce a form of identification.
2.5 We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should we be required to
repeat a delivery if no one accepts delivery of the Products at the Delivery Address during the aforesaid time periods.

3. Export Restrictions
3.1 There are export restrictions under the Covid-19 pandemic, we only distribute within South Africa

4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Regtravel accepts returns on the following basis. If we have delivered a damaged or incorrect product, product can be returned within 14 working days. We will arrange for collection free of charge. If you decide to return something for any reason outside of it being defective, late, or if a wrong product has been received then you will have to cover the cost of returning the item to us. If the reason for the return is due to errors on our side, then we will cover the costs of returning the item.
All returned items need to be unused and in perfect condition, with swing/ price/ care tags attached and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of worn, damaged products, personalized or otherwise non-saleable products.
4.2 The provision of goods and services by RegTravel is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability. Please package all returned goods carefully so that the item does not become damaged en-route. Please include the Return Request Number and a copy of the original invoice. All credits will only be passed once we are in possession of the products in question.

5. Warranty

5.1The product warranty for your online purchase is already registered. This Guarantee extends only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the product.
5.2 This Guarantee covers manufacturing defects only – faulty workmanship, faulty material or component parts, and/or other defects that existed on the Purchase Date.
5.3 This Guarantee does not cover:
5.3.1 Damage due to misuse (e.g. tampering; alterations; transportation of unusual items) or neglect;
5.3.2 Accidental damage;
5.3.3 Damage due to abrasion;
5.3.4 Damage due to exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or water;
5.3.5 Deterioration due to normal or fair wear and tear;
5.3.6 Transport damage (e.g. destructive damage by airline and/or other carriers).

6. Should there be a problem with your product that is covered by this Guarantee, you must contact us and provide us with a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Should we find that your product is defective and covered by this Guarantee, we will, at our discretion:
7.1 repair the product; or
7.2 replace defective products; or
7.3 provide you with a comparable product; or
7.4 provide you with a full refund of the purchase price.

8. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards, Mobicred or by bank transfer into the RegTravel bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

9. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for RegTravel (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

10. Customer Privacy policy
RegTravel (Pty) Ltd.shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

11. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by RegTravel (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

12. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR)

13. Responsibility
RegTravel takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

14. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and RegTravel chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

15. Variation
RegTravel may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

16. Company information
